Machine park and capabilities
Our capability is built around large‑format CNC work for models, tooling and production aids — with 3‑axis and 5‑axis machining.
We focus on predictable execution: stable build strategies, practical segmentation for oversized parts and a hand‑off aligned with your workflow.
- 3‑axis and 5‑axis CNC machining
- Large‑format parts with planned segmentation
- Non‑metal tooling materials and aluminium
- Deliverables aligned with production use
What the machine park supports
The right setup is one that serves the project outcome. Our machining capability is aimed at producing usable geometry: plugs, masters, thermoforming bucks, prototypes and fixtures.
If your project has size or handling constraints, tell us early. We can plan segmentation, assembly and packaging so delivery is smooth.
Capability highlights
We combine machining capability with process understanding so the result fits downstream reality.
We do not machine steel or cast iron; the focus is non‑metal tooling materials and selected aluminium work.
- Large builds with planned splits and join references
- Surface‑oriented machining for tooling and masters
- Repeatable fixtures and templates for production
- Support for file preparation and revisions
Materials we machine
Material selection depends on stability, surface route and expected lifecycle. We will recommend the right route once the application is clear.
EPS/XPS is used for mock‑ups and cores. Thermoforming bucks and production tooling typically use MDF or tooling board, depending on the requirement.
- MDF
- Tooling board (PU)
- Epoxy tooling paste routes
- Aluminium (selected components)
What we optimise for
We optimise for usability: parts that assemble cleanly, surfaces that finish well and deliverables that support the next process step.
For time‑critical projects, we keep decisions focused on what changes the outcome, not on unnecessary technical detail.
- Repeatable geometry for production workflows
- Practical segmentation for oversized parts
- Surface routes aligned with finishing and mould work
- Clear deliverables for fast quoting
Surface and finishing routes
Surface expectations vary by project. We can deliver as‑machined or aligned to your primer/paint route when required.
Agreeing the surface class early helps keep cost under control and avoids surprises later.
- Surface intent agreed early
- Allowances aligned with finishing route
- Protection of cosmetic zones during delivery
Logistics and delivery
Large parts need a plan for transport and handling. We include assembly logic, labelling and packaging aligned with the build sensitivity.
If installation conditions are important, tell us early so we can adapt the delivery format.
Packing and labelling are treated as part of the machining workflow — especially on segmented large parts.

What you can expect
- Machined parts ready for assembly and downstream work
- Stable build formats for large geometry
- Clear packaging and labelling where required
- A predictable route from files to deliverables
Check feasibility for your project
Send your files and describe the application and size. We will confirm the machining route, materials and lead time.If the part is oversized, include transport constraints. We will plan segmentation and packaging accordingly.
